Dear Mark,

I really enjoyed the interview we had Thursday.  Your unique approach was
refreshing and challenging.   It helped me to understand your vision of the
BMW Financial Services E-commerce project and your style of management.
This project is very fascinating, it also carries with it some unique challenges.

What I find fascinating is the opportunity to research, design, combine, and
implement the two major facets of this project

1.  BMW Financial products and services
2.  The emerging industry of  E-commerce

What I find challenging about this project is it's ground breaking precedence
in the Automobile industry.  It will create a new and different area of Marketing,
Sales, Finance and Customer service.  Not only will the Marketing Manager
be required to take his or herself  into these new areas, it will require that they bring others with them.  It is imperative that this project be punctuated with
excitement, with energy and determination.  All the while reconciling  results
and objectives and adapting to their  demands.

This web site contains a small portion of what my initial thoughts and actions would be were I allowed the opportunity to work with you.  Bare in mind this is based on the brief but very concise concept I received from you on Thursday evening.

I recommend we begin our process with something similar to the following Marketing Plan.  This will allow us a platform to build on in the proceeding areas of Product and Offerings Management, Partner & Brokered Service Management, Sales,  Web site Management and Internet Call and Information Center Management.
